Fulfillment Timing
Folios are processed daily and expected to be available in the customer portal, and emailed when requested, by noon CST. Processing may require manual review during launch beta.
One-Time Folios And Baking Packs
If a one-time folio or weekly baking pack has not yet entered processing, contact support as soon as possible to request cancellation or correction. Once a custom packet has been processed, refunds are handled case by case.
Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled through the billing portal when available or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future subscription billing. Previously processed custom packets are not automatically refunded.
Service Problems
If the wrong household packet is delivered, a file is unreadable, or a paid request does not arrive, contact support and Feast Folio will work to correct, replace, credit, or refund the affected order.

Include your account email, order or packet date, and a short description of the issue. Do not include card numbers or sensitive medical information.
