We collect account details, household names, family food preferences, cooking tools, budget ranges, store preferences, portal preferences, payment status, and folio request history.
Information We Do Not Need
Feast Folio is not designed to collect medical history, diagnoses, medications, symptom logs, or protected health information. Do not submit sensitive medical details. Food avoids and calorie targets should be entered only as practical meal-planning preferences.
How We Use Information
We use your information to save your portal profile, prepare folio packets, process payments, generate shopping lists and cooking guides, support your account, and improve the service.
Payments
Stripe handles payment processing. Feast Folio stores checkout and entitlement status, but not full card numbers.
Sharing
We do not sell household profile information. Information may be processed through service providers needed to run the website, payment system, email delivery, storage, and manual folio production.
Retention
Account, profile, and folio data are kept while your account is active or while needed for service records, support, security, tax, or operational purposes.
Your Choices
You can update household details in the portal. Contact support to request account help, correction, or deletion.
