Service Timing
Folios are processed daily and expected to be available in the portal, and emailed when requested, by noon CST. If a packet has not arrived after that window, contact support.
Billing Questions
Include the email used at checkout and whether the question is about a subscription, single meal, single day, single week, or baking pack.

Feast Folio cannot verify every store substitution, package label, appliance behavior, or household allergy concern. Always check labels and cook food safely before serving.
